We also record the preliminary estimate we calculated for you. The price calculator sends your selections to our server to compute an estimate; those selections are not saved unless you submit the quote form.

We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions; we do not store it with your quote request. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels, and the site does not load content from other companies' servers.

• Communicate with you about your request and your service

Only service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel hosts this website and stores quote requests in private storage.
• Resend, an email delivery service, sends a notification of each new request to our business inbox.
• Our business email provider hosts our inbox, where we receive those notifications and correspond with you.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If your quote request does not lead to service, we keep it for 12 months after we receive it and then delete it. If you book with us, we keep the information we need to provide service and to meet accounting, legal, and operational record-keeping requirements.

How we protect it

Quote requests are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and only our team can view them. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.
